Time is money. That’s why you’d rather not have to spend yours trying out new talent, only to find that they don’t have what it takes to be successful in your workplace. That’s why we spend our time working with each Ōnin Flex Teammate to learn how they will fit into your organization and make sure they have the specific skills and aptitude you need them to possess. That way, when they arrive ready for work, you know they’re ready to make an impact.
For us, that process looks like:
1. Prescreening
Reviewing applicants for potential experience and work history matches and identifying candidates with interview potential.
2. Interviewing
Spending time one-on-one with a trained recruiter and a custom interview guide built around your specific opportunity
3. Pre-Employment Screenings
Performing the necessary drug tests and background checks.
4. Offers of Employment
If they’ve made it this far, then we’re ready to bring them on board and train them the rest of the way.
5. Teammate Onboarding
We work with our new teammates to complete any necessary forms or specific training they need to succeed in your workplace
6. Ōnin Flex Orientaion & Benefits Introduction
Now we get them squared away with everything they need to know to excel with Ōnin Flex, and educate them on their upcoming Teammate benefits
7. Ready to Work
Now the Teammate is trained and ready to start picking up Flex shifts at your facility.
